I agree - should've happened much earlier! I especially like the mention in the paper this morning of Paul Podesta, who was Billy Beame's assistant in Oakland, as a possible replacement.
It is amazing to watch the Mariners continue to come up with even more new ways to lose games - Silva getting tossed last night (though I don't blame him for being pissed off) was yet another twist.
